Apartment, aparta-hotel, coliving or hotel?
- Furnished apartment — the default here, plentiful and much cheaper than Poblado. Most buildings have secure entry (portería); prefer those. For a week or more, this beats a hotel on every axis.
- Aparta-hotels — the middle path: apartment space with reception and cleaning. Good for 3–7 night stays.

- Alori 15.3 — the boutique middle. King beds, kitchenettes, balconies, breakfast and even an airport shuttle, closer to the La 70 action. Best for short stays that want comfort without the full-hotel price. Map ↗
Booking rules locals would give you
- Check the map against La 70 before booking. Two blocks away = perfect. On it = Friday and Saturday until dawn.
- Portería (doorman/secure entry) is standard here — treat it as a requirement, not a luxury.
- Stay a month, pay less: furnished apartments negotiate real discounts on 4+ week stays, especially in person or by WhatsApp.
- Ground-floor street-facing rooms anywhere in the city trade convenience for noise — go up a few floors.
